Legalized Theft By JPMorgan Chase BankOne

This blog's dedicated to the awareness of "legalized theft" by JPMorgan Chase -BankOne. I have been an account holder with JPMorgan Chase -BankOne now for more then 14 years. And today I want to bring to light some of the ways they have started "legalized" theft of their customers accounts.

The last statement that I received from them upset me more then anyone can imagine. First of let me just clarify that I have never had a late or outstanding balance on my account. Furthermore, I have been a diligent customer for the last 12+ some years. So, back to my statement, I opened it up to see that my account was $6.00 dollars less then it was. So I looked closely and it said:

Date x/xx Description: Inactivity Free Amount: $6.00.

So, I called up atleast three different JPMORGAN CHASE BANKONE customer service representatives. And all three could not help me get those fee's reimbursed. One was for JPMORGAN CHASE BANKONE main customer service number, the second was a referred number of a local branch of JPMORGAN CHASE BANKONE and the third was another transfer to another JPMORGAN CHASE BANKONE customer service supervisor.

So, you might think that $6.00 dollars is a small fee charged by JPMORGAN CHASE BANKONE. Think about the millions of customers who are charged this amount. And month after month customers are getting hit by this fee from JPMORGAN CHASE BANKONE. This is a lucrative proposition for JPMORGAN CHASE BANKONE who are banking millions because of policies like these.

To my understanding this is called legalized theft of JPMORGAN CHASE BANKONE's customers. This shows how JPMORGAN CHASE BANKONE is squeezing money out of it's customers to satisfy it's greed for green. The dollars accumulated by these kinds of fees pay for the lavish bonuses that its executives are paid.

To all of you who are thinking about doing business with this bank please read the fine print and all conditions of the account before signing on the dotted line. Because JPMORGAN CHASE BANKONE will hit you with this and many other fees for no apparent reason. If you have a choice for a different bank or a credit union please consider taking your business to that bank. Make sure you read all the conditions and the fine print before making your final decision.

Ask yourself this how many times have you been charged with these kind of fees whether from JPMORGAN CHASE BANKONE OR any other bank or financial institution? If you haven't when was the last time you opened your account statement? If you haven't opened it in a while, you are definately in for a surprise. Ask a friend or anyone you know and the probability is that more people then you know are being effected by this.


I will personally close the account today if my balance for this and past months isn't refunded full by JPMORGAN CHASE BANKONE.
